Territory Manager
Objectives of this Role:
€¢ Drive and achieve annual sales targets, ensuring consistent year-over-year growth.
€¢ Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique demographics and needs of the assigned territory.
€¢ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, doctors, medical professionals, and potential clients.
€¢ Effectively communicate and represent the company€™s vision and mission through pharmaceutical sales.
€¢ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and advancements in the medical sales field.
€¢ Leverage specialized knowledge in Oncology, Urology, and Nephrology to enhance sales effectiveness and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Collaborate with medical staff and healthcare providers through regular meetings and presentations.
€¢ Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
€¢ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and industry trends.
€¢ Meet sales quotas, evaluate sales performance, and prepare detailed sales reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Pharmaceuticals or a related field.
€¢ 2 to 4 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
€¢ Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
€¢ Willingness and ability to travel frequently and independently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
€¢ Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
€¢ Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
€¢ Proven ability to network and build productive relationships.
Experience Required:
