we are hiring a **field medical representative (mr)** to join our growing team. the role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals) to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.

* meet daily visit targets and cover assigned territory effectively.

* organize product presentations, cmes (continuing medical education), and promotional activities.

* build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.

* collect and report market intelligence and competitor activities.

* ensure timely submission of daily reports and feedback to management.

* achieve monthly sales targets and goals.

### ** job requirements:**

* minimum qualification: graduate in any field (preferably /ma).

* prior experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred, but freshers may also apply).

* strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

* self-motivated and target-driven.
