We are hiring a Field Medical Representative (MR) to join our growing team. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals) to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Promote company products to doctors and healthcare professionals.

Meet daily visit targets and cover assigned territory effectively.

Organize product presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and promotional activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activities.

Ensure timely submission of daily reports and feedback to management.

Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field (preferably /ma).

Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred, but freshers may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
