transcribe the prescription form and medicine chart

· observation, medical complaints & risk assessment notes in patient’s file.

· maintain the over register

· medical consultation in other hospital

· inhouse consultation

· pick up of involuntary admissions

· arrange the pick-up team

· rtms therapy

· psychoeducation regarding patient’s abnormal reports

· doctor round in morning & night

· team member in ect therapy

· psychoeducation regarding major medical illness like hcv, ald, thyroid etc.

· general medical care of patients

· arrange the medicines & blood investigations in night times

· medicine checking in morning, afternoon & night.

· prepare the discharge/lama summary

· prescribe the medicine on practo at the time of discharge/lama

· handle emergency in night times

· admit the patient in night time with the permission of consultant

· during admission taking history & search of patient in night time

· adjustment in sport sessions of patients

· making phone call for patient in night times while psychologists are not in hospital & other

excess

· solve dietary issues at night times

· complaint counselling regarding medicines

· disulfiram & naltrexone concept regarding psychoeducation

· some psychological scales like eps scale, ehs, etc.

· physical examination & patient induction during admission
