Transcribe the prescription form and Medicine Chart

� Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in patients file.

� Maintain the over Register

� Medical consultation in other hospital

� Inhouse consultation

� Pick up of involuntary admissions

� Arrange the pick-up team

� RTMs Therapy

� Psychoeducation regarding patients abnormal reports

� Doctor round in morning & night

� Team Member in ECT Therapy

� Psychoeducation regarding major medical illness like HCV, ALD, THYROID etc.

� General Medical care of patients

� Arrange the medicines & blood investigations in night times

� Medicine checking in morning, afternoon & night.

� Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary

� Prescribe the medicine on practo at the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA

� Handle emergency in night times

� Admit the patient in night time with the permission of consultant

� During admission taking history & search of patient in night time

� Adjustment in sport sessions of patients

� Making phone call for patient in night times while psychologists are not in hospital & other

excess

� Solve dietary issues at night times

� Complaint counselling regarding medicines

� Disulfiram & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation

� Some psychological scales like EPS Scale, EHS, etc.

� Physical examination & patient induction during admission
