For treating mental, emotional, or behavioural disorders Prescribe, direct and administer medication. Analyze and evaluate patients test findings to diagnose or to extent of mental disorder To discuss treatment plans and progress with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals Design Patient care plans, using a variety of treatments. Patient information and records has to be maintained, also include medical history by patient, relatives or other professionals. Counsel outpatients or other patients during office visits Examine laboratory tests on patients to provide information on general physical condition or mental disorder. Advise or inform guardians, relatives, or significant others of patients conditions or treatment. Take continuing Training classes, attend conferences or seminars, or conduct research and publish findings to increase understanding of mental, emotional, or behavioural states or disorders. Review and evaluate treatment procedures and outcomes of other psychiatrists or medical professionals. Prepare case reports or summaries. Work with committees to promote community mental health services.

The Job Responsibilities of Medical Officer has been divided broadly into two categories:WORK Performing rapid test immediately after admission/outing of a patient with proper PPE, if negative, detailed physical examination shall be done & documented by the duty doctor Discussion / communications with patient or relative on admission of the patient regarding chief complaints of the patient, previous treatment, medications, medical and surgical history, drug allergies etc. information obtained shall be documented in IPD case sheet All consultations, online/offline to be planned and carried out by duty doctor with timely follow up as suggested by external consultant All information after MDT round shall be shared and discussed with supervisors and shift Incharge Cross checking the medication charts for assessing compliance to medication management Pickup of independent / dependent admissions, external (outhouse) patient consultations Assisting in each procedure with consultant such as ECT, EEG, rTMS etc. Documenting pre-procedure checklist for ECT Regular bedside patient visits to be done, maintaining check on patients condition post high risk medication administration Conduction of 2 hourly ward rounds to ensure patient safety and ward decorum Shall check BP manually of all patients in morning at 7:30 AM & 4:30 PM to ensure that vitals being checked by Nursing Staff is accurate Adherence to Hospitals Infection Control Policy, respiratory Hygiene and cough etiquette Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement Programme Informing patients family for any procedure/Investigation to be done with confirmed charges before procedure / investigation Ensuring presence in departmental meetings & training whenever called Working as team leader (ward) during the absence of Senior Management in the hospital, discussing or resolving issues related to patient needs, psychoeducation, health, safety etc.

To achieve Inpatient admission Targets from Middle Class Society. To develop a network of Liaoning clinics at other hospitals. To meet doctors for referral of clients. Plan events for important dates in healthcare settings, exhibitions and trade shows. Doing creation and delivery of press releases, advertisement and other marketing materials in line with marketing plans. Drive overall CRM(Client Relationship Management) and direct marketing. Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Demonstrate familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR,written content, website development and market research. Maintain high level of knowledge of Mind Plus group services. Develop monthly/quarterly marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Research and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights. Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.Note : Any other responsibility as given by reporting authority
