coordinate daily hospital operations (opd/ipd workflow).

manage patient admissions, discharges, and movement.

handle patient queries, complaints, and service escalations.

ensure accurate medical documentation and mrd compliance.

support nabh standards and assist in internal audits.

monitor consultant/rmo/nursing duty rosters and attendance.

supervise clinical service tat and patient experience.

coordinate with diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, and support teams.

ensure proper charge capture and billing accuracy.

maintain consumables, equipment coordination, and facility readiness.

prepare daily/weekly mis reports and operational data.

facilitate staff communication, training, and process adherence.
