Mechanical Service Engineer

Installation & commissioning of all type of CNC Machines.

To attend Mechanical and Electrical breakdown and troubleshooting on CNC Machines.

Conduct technical training for customers.

Responsible for interaction with customers for various service levels.

Executed mechanical and hydraulic repair on Machine Tools.

Ensured availability of equipment's needed for the performance of work.

Managing and replaced tools and devices for clients as per their requirements

Maintaining records and documentations of machinery.

Designing the new electrical panel layout for all CNC machines.

Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.

Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
