Job Location: Badlapur East, New Mumbai

An Engineering Manufacturing Company.

The Project Coordinator - Mechanical will coordinate project activities, manage vendors, plan maintenance, and facilitate cross-functional communication.

Education & Experience:-

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, or mechanical manufacturing.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and production processes.

• Understanding of electrical components and maintenance coordination.

• Strong vendor management and follow-up skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems (preferred).

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

• Follow up with vendors for machining and fabrication

• Coordinate with electrical vendors for procurement

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department

• Follow up with the Stores department to monitor stock availability, shortages, surplus inventory, and material requirements.

• Coordinate with Production Engineers to understand project material requirements, manufacturing progress, and production schedules
