o diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
o conduct emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
equipment optimization:
o monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and quality.
o collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
o implement modifications and upgrades to enhance equipment capabilities.
safety and compliance:
o ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
o conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
o train and mentor junior maintenance staff on safety practices and equipment handling.
