Technical Sales Generate and develop B2B sales opportunities for mechanical products such as valves, pumps, actuators, piping components, or industrial equipment. Understand customer applications, process conditions, and technical requirements to propose appropriate solutions. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, including specifications, datasheets, and pricing. Coordinate with OEMs, principals, and internal teams for technical clarifications and approvals. Support negotiations and order finalization in coordination with the sales team. Technical Support Provide pre-sales technical assistance including product selection, sizing calculations, and compliance with project specifications. Offer post-sales technical support such as installation guidance, troubleshooting, and performance feedback. Attend site visits, technical discussions, inspections, and customer meetings as required. Assist customers with documentation including GA drawings, QAPs, material test certificates, and operation manuals.
