Mechanical Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our team as Mechanical Supervisors. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, monitoring shop-floor operations, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Supervise day-to-day production activities.

* Monitor manpower and machine operations.

* Ensure quality standards and production targets are achieved.

* Maintain production records and daily reports.

* Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

* Ensure workplace safety and 5S practices.

* Assist in resolving production-related issues.

* Follow company SOPs and reporting procedures.

*Required Skills*

* Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Leadership and team-handling ability.

* Problem-solving attitude.

* Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.

*Preferred Candidate*

* Diploma or . in Mechanical Engineering.
