Job Description

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Analysis: Conceptualizing and designing mechanical parts or systems using CAD software and performing stress, heat, or fluid analysis.

Production Oversight: Coordinating the manufacturing process, from raw material selection to final assembly, ensuring high-quality output.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conducting preventive maintenance on heavy machinery (CNC, VMC, pumps, conveyors) to minimize downtime and repair costs.

Process Optimization: Implementing Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma techniques to reduce waste and increase production speed.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensuring all equipment meets safety and environmental regulations.

Project Management: Managing mechanical projects from feasibility study through to installation and commissioning.
