Looking For Casualty MBBS RMO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MBBS-qualified Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for the Casualty/Emergency Department. The candidate will be responsible for providing prompt assessment, stabilization, and management of patients presenting with acute medical and surgical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rapid clinical assessment, triage, and initiate immediate treatment.

Manage emergency cases including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, poisoning, shock, and other critical conditions.

Conduct minor emergency procedures such as suturing, wound dressing, IV cannulation, catheterization, CPR, and basic life support.

Order and interpret routine investigations (lab tests, ECG, X-ray, etc.).

Coordinate with consultants and specialists for referrals, admissions, and further management.

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of medico-legal cases.

Follow hospital protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practices.

Communicate effectively with patients and relatives regarding treatment and progress.
