- Lead and manage a team of mattress cutting operators.

- Schedule work shifts, assign tasks, and ensure the team follows production schedules.

- Inspect raw materials and finished mattress components to ensure they meet quality standards.

Required Candidate profile

- Must have minimum 5 years experience in the related field.

- Proficiency in using mattress cutting equipment.

- Previous experience in mattress manufacturing or similar production environments.
