About the Role

Star Knowledge is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Marketing Support team. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and creative content development for marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify and research potential leads using online tools, directories, and platforms.

Execute outbound email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage prospects.

Support LinkedIn marketing activities, including outreach, messaging, and profile optimization.

2. Campaign Content Creation

Create visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives for email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Canva (or similar).

Assist in developing marketing content such as emails, posts, and promotional materials.

3. Marketing Operations Support

Update and maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

Monitor engagement metrics and share campaign insights.

4. Documentation & Process Support

Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow internal processes.

Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic understanding of email marketing and LinkedIn outreach is an advantage.

Ability to use Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing creatives.

Good research skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms (training will be provided).

Eligibility

Any graduate (MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BCA, BE, or related fields).

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in marketing support / lead generation.

Passion for Email marketing and creative content development.
