key responsibilities:

? creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan

? developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns

? managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient cac (customer acquisition cost)

? ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic kpis via paid, organic & own media channels

? identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

? working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

? identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test and measure mindset

? coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns

? work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met

? 2+ years of experience in driving performance marketing for a consumer internet startup

? strong project management, creative & analytical skills combined with an affinity for data

? strong track record of managing acquisition & retention campaigns across channels

? willing to cope up with a fast paced environment

? motivated and independent to act with precision and initiative

? expertise across all mainstream paid & crm channels
