market research & analysis

∙conduct market surveys to understand customer preferences and market needs.

∙analyze competitor strategies, pricing trends, and market positioning.

∙prepare detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.

∙identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.

branding & promotional activities

∙assist in planning and executing offline promotional campaigns.

∙coordinate with designers and printing vendors for marketing material development.

∙ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across materials.

∙support brand awareness initiatives in events, exhibitions, and outreach.

digital marketing support

∙assist with managing social media platforms and content schedules.

∙create basic digital content such as posts, banners, and short videos.

∙monitor digital engagement and share insights for campaign improvement.

∙support website updates, online promotional content, and customer interactions.

pre-sales responsibilities

∙generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and online sources.

∙qualify leads and understand customer needs before passing to the sales team.

∙present product/service information professionally to prospective clients.

∙respond to inquiries and maintain pre-sales communication logs.

∙prepare pre-sales documents including brochures, presentations, and introductory

proposals.

∙maintain structured lead databases with status tracking and next-step planning.

sales support responsibilities

∙assist the sales team in preparing quotations, basic proposals, and documents.

∙coordinate meetings, demos, and discussions between prospects and sales personnel.

∙help gather relevant pricing or product information for negotiation support.

∙follow up with prospects post-sales meetings to maintain engagement.

∙track each opportunity and support the sales team in closure activities.

∙work collaboratively to achieve revenue and conversion targets.

∙visit clients for product presentations, demonstrations, and feedback collection.

∙support field marketing activities and customer engagement programs.

∙participate in local networking and promotional events to build brand presence.

event coordination

∙assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, campus events, and brand activations.

∙ensure timely preparation and availability of marketing materials for events.

∙prepare event reports and analyze effectiveness.

reporting & documentation

∙maintain detailed records of leads, customer interactions, and campaign outcomes.

∙prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.

∙analyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.

requirements

∙strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

∙creativity and ability to develop marketing content.

∙proficiency in ms office and basic digital marketing tools.

∙ability to manage field assignments and travel locally.
