Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives

Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing

Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing messaging and execution

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to inform marketing strategies and tactics

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders

Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns

Experience in B2B marketing preferred

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
