what you ll be doing:

�� developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage customers and drive revenue.

�� creating and managing email and whatsapp marketing calendars, segmenting audiences, and optimizing performance.

�� leading pr efforts to build relationships, drive outreach, and increase visibility. working closely with designers to produce visually compelling, high-performing creatives that align with brand messaging and visual identity.

�� supporting product launches, promotions, and day-to-day marketing with creative thinking and smooth execution.

�� analyzing campaign performance and continuously refining strategies to hit kpis and drive growth.

�� driving innovation by exploring new marketing strategies, channels, and approaches to keep up with the evolving trends.

what we are looking for:

�� 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a d2c brand

�� a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. �� experience in email/whatsapp & performance marketing campaigns is a big plus. �� strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into smart decisions. �� excellent communication and collaboration skills

�� a creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and fresh ideas.

�� bachelor��s or pg degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

�� self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

�� screening stage: our hiring team will review applications and select candidates whose experience and skills align with the role.

�� interview rounds: shortlisted candidates will participate in two or three interview rounds, discussing the role fitment, company culture, past experience and any additional questions they may have.
