Job Description

Position: Head – Marketing

Department: Marketing

Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Reports To: CEO

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10–15 years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.

• Education: Postgraduate in Marketing / Business Management (specialization in Marketing).

• Industry Exposure: Preferably from Diagnostics, Healthcare, Pharma, or related sectors.

• Age: Below 40 years.

• Salary-Best in the industry

Key Account abilities:

• Responsible for developing overall marketing & communication strategy and identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them

• Developing creative and media strategy for both ATL (TV, Print & Digital) and BTL Marketing, go-to-market planning and consumer engagement

• Help develop trade marketing plans with sales (retail promotion & activation).

• Understanding consumers, their attitudes & behaviour in general and to the brand and the category.

• Business Strategies to deliver on Market Share, Volume & Gross Margin targets.

• Exploring ways of improving existing products (Path and Non Path test menu) and services, and increasing profitability

• Monitoring and analysing market trends

• Studying competitors' products and services

• Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets

• Managing the production of promotional material

• Liaising with other internal departments such as Sales and Lab operation

• Producing reports to monitor results

• Conversion of business goals to marketing plans.

• Conversion of consumer insights into marketing ideas.

Financials:

▪ Increase profitability margin (Full MRP Business through walk-in, standardization of discounts, enhance Path and non-path contribution and Pricing decision.

▪ Increase Prescriber base along with sales team (KOL Management with top 100 clients)

▪ Right Test mix (Routine & Specialized)

▪ Brand Awareness – Market Share or Position (need to create some benchmark based on business plan

▪ Promotional strategy (monthly and annual)

▪ Supervise daily performance wherever appropriate to optimise resource use, minimise costs and maintain quality standards
