experience & qualifications:
• experience: 10–15 years in sales & marketing, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
• education: postgraduate in marketing / business management (specialization in marketing).
• industry exposure: preferably from diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, or related sectors.
• age: below 40 years.

key account abilities:
• responsible for developing overall marketing & communication strategy and identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• developing creative and media strategy for both atl (tv, print & digital) and btl marketing, go-to-market planning and consumer engagement
• help develop trade marketing plans with sales (retail promotion & activation).
• understanding consumers, their attitudes & behaviour in general and to the brand and the category.
• business strategies to deliver on market share, volume & gross margin targets.
• exploring ways of improving existing products (path and non path test menu) and services, and increasing profitability
• monitoring and analysing market trends
• studying competitors' products and services
• preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
• managing the production of promotional material
• liaising with other internal departments such as sales and lab operation
• producing reports to monitor results
• conversion of business goals to marketing plans.
• conversion of consumer insights into marketing ideas.
financials:
▪ increase profitability margin (full mrp business through walk-in, standardization of discounts, enhance path and non-path contribution and pricing decision.
▪ increase prescriber base along with sales team (kol management with top 100 clients)
