job details :- post- bde/marketing executive no. of positions - 3 location – jaipur experience – 1-3 years salary – 20k + incentives industry – should be from pharma / heallthcare / medical industry job description - in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value to the industry, focusing on lab diagnostics (ld). - ability to develop short-term (3 to 6 months) and long-term (2 to 3 yr) strategic sales plans and develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels. - basic knowledge of functions and services of diagnostic centre like pathology, radiology, mri, ct-scane. - healthcare knowledge on trends and influences for our customer base as well as doctors. - solution selling in the field of diagnostic services like sonography, digital mammography, digital opg. - solid decision making capabilities - ability to demonstrate critical thinking and how to tailor to our customer solutions as well as with doctors. - strong people management and people development capabilities (holding people accountable and being a player-coach and ability to manage lead change. - ability to be collaborative with doctors and provide appropriate levels of influencing to ensure our customers comes first. - management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics like financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, customer or doctors, etc.) - strong leadership with creates followership and development of succession planning within area of responsibilities. - coordinate team activities while minimizing sales and marketing costs and maximizing sales. - excellent and demonstrated skills in interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
