- To study and educate himself by understanding the Insurance company and its product.

- To understand the requirements of the client and how best to source them.

- To convert leads into clients and effectively closing the deal

- To coordinate with the back office and operations team for back end operations

- To restructure and compute the premium structure as per the market and client company profile.

- To maintain smooth relationship with insurance co. and client

- To create his / her own corporate leads
