Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for:
1. Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Explaining hospital services and their benefits.
3. Maintaining customer records and updating trackers.
4. Handling customer queries and resolving complaints efficiently.
5. Following up on leads.
6. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
7. Maintaining a high level of professionalism during all interactions.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
