Your responsibilities shall include, but will not be limited to:

€¢ Handling Tele calling and responding to incoming leads and referrals professionally.

€¢ Following up with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messages.

€¢ Coordinating meetings, tracking lead status, and maintaining proper records.

€¢ Supporting marketing activities including promotional campaigns, messaging, and outreach including taking reviews.

€¢ Issuing quotations and invoices as required.

€¢ Coordination with existing clients for documentation, reminders, and updates

Maintaining CRM or lead tracking system and ensuring data accuracy.
