JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidates having a minimum 1 YEAR (in FMCG) experience in similar positions and working areas.

The SE/SO would be accountable for the Appointment of Distributors, RDS, Achieving Sales Targets, Leading and Motivating the Sales Team, Monitoring team performance (daily basis), Developing sales strategies and setting targets, compiling and analyzing sales figures, Achieving and expanding the width & depth of distribution and implementing the Company's policy and strategies.
