Job Title: Production/Manufacturing Chemist - Pharma Industry

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production/Manufacturing Chemist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This position requires a strong background in chemistry, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules.

Execute production processes according to established protocols, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Batch Record Review and Documentation:

Review and approve batch records for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain detailed and accurate production documentation.

Quality Assurance:

Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed to address deviations from quality standards.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and SOPs.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with the research and development team to scale up new processes for commercial production.

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other relevant standards.

Support regulatory inspections and audits as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including research and development,
