we are looking for a highly motivated talent acquisition consultant to join our recruitment and staffing team. in this role, you will partner with clients to understand their talent requirements and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. you will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.

role & responsibilities

partner with clients to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking).

conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.

manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.

build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to clients.

ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.

maintain recruitment metrics, ensuring timely reporting and client satisfaction.

preferred candidate profile

strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

proficiency in using ats, job portals, and social media recruiting.

negotiation and relationship-building skills.

target-driven, proactive, and highly organized.

qualification and requirement:

bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.

exposure to hiring for multiple industries will be an advantage.
