Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Finalisation of accounts of individuals, firms and companies,

• Income tax Compliances

• Handling tax audit

• Conducting statutory audit of entities

• Conducting Internal audit of various entities.

• Statutory compliance including TDS, TCS, Professional Tax, etc.

• ROC related works such as Company Creation, Annual Filing etc.,

• GST compliances

• Conducting GST audits .

• Providing client based taxation solutions and assist in tax planning.

• Formulation of SOP relating to procurement, job work, accounts and sales

• Business Development

• Client Management

• Team Management

• Keep an eye on changes in various compliances

• Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure

• Articulated and well accustomed to a client facing role.
