Manager in Business Development

Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals to help us to build up our business activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

2. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

3. To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.

4. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.

5. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role

• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Ability to deliver engaging presentations

• Any degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
