quarterly . product : saas based learning management solution for corporate &

smes ( microsoft powered)

2) ecommerce sales manager :b2c : drive admission programs from foreign

universities through counsellors and achieve revenue targets of admissions

3) marketing manager : digital marketing /campaign management /lead

generation and brand building

4) hr manager : recruitment / l&d / hr business partnering/ employee

engagement

5) business development manager : drive collaborations and partnerships with

university & colleges . in parallel create a channel partner infrastructure

annual salary /stipend for the first year : inr lacs

fixed component inr

variable component inr

one time component (annual bonus) inr

post 1 year as management trainee , people will be absorbed as team leaders in full

pay scale of 8 lac plus depending their performance & potential scores during

training period . also options open up for stakes & esops in the company
