iGolf Pune is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of all facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure. The role ensures uninterrupted operations, safety compliance, and excellent guest experience by maintaining all technical and operational assets in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations of the facility

Ensure proper functioning of golf bays, ball tracking systems, simulators, screens, projectors, and related equipment

Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general facility infrastructure

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for repairs and servicing

Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of tools/spare parts

Ensure all safety standards and operational compliance are met

Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks

Minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted guest operations
