we are seeking a proficient maintenance manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of our infrastructure.

responsibilities:

develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.

inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.

oversee repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
