Maintenance Head (10-15 Years)

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Head to lead our maintenance team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance management and should possess a diploma in a related field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Management:** Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring effective work practices and a collaborative environment. This includes assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

- **Preventive Maintenance Planning:** Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations. Conduct regular training and meetings to uphold safety standards within the team.

- **Troubleshooting and Repair:** Quickly respond to any maintenance issues, diagnose problems, and lead the team in developing effective solutions to restore operations swiftly.
