· responsible for the service and maintenance of machinery.

· analyze the breakdown and monitor the machines.

· have good knowledge of machines.

· maintenance engineers' work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures.

· maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. supervising engineering and technical staff.

· obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings.

· schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations, provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

· monitoring daily power consumption and its corrective action

· monitoring daily water consumption

· identify and attending air, water, steam leakages

· identify and improve utility infrastructure

· prepare pm maintenance planner monthly

· root cause analysis of machine fault

· carry out all machine inspection as per standard.

required candidate profile

· candidate should be have good experience in machine repairing & maintenance

· candidate must be any mechanical graduate with minimum 4 years of machine repairing & maintenance experience in manufacturing
