Daily pre treatment monitoring and report.

Daily panel testing as like impact test, scratch test, flexibility test, cross cut adhesion test, DFT, shade test etc.

Chemical addition and manage chemical storage month wise.

Maintaining record Powder consumption as per BOM.

Arrange powder coating oven calibration ( TTR) every 6 months.

Check Oil contain every month (supplier end).

Check iron contain every month (supplier end).

Check coating weight every month (supplier end).

Send 3 panels and T welded Piece to godrej every month and keep record.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B Tech ( Mech / EEE / ECE ) Experience: Freshers Salary: 12k to 15k Benefits: PF , ESI , Bonus Other Benefits: Food , Transport , Accommodation Industry Type: Manufacture Industry Location: Chennai
