Position:- Maintenance Engineer, having 3-10Yrs Exp on Forging Press Shop

JD Of PRESS SHOP Maintenance

€¢ * Fault Finding, Trouble Shooting of Forging Press Shop

€¢ Knowledge on PLC, Sensors, Hydraulic Controls, Robotics, Utility Press Machines etc..

€¢ Ability to troubleshoot / Fault finding on Electric, Electronic circuits & Hydraulic circuits

€¢ Understanding of Mechanical Drawing and Hydraulic Controls

€¢ Hands on Heavy Mechanical Presses for Trouble Shooting

€¢ Attend the Breakdown in Press machines and Utilities area

€¢ Very strong in Root cause analysis & countermeasures €“ by using Problem solving tools

€¢ Reduction of spare part cost

€¢ Work for Maintenance for 5S activity

€¢ Knowledge of IATF requirements & SAP

€¢ Implement the project to reduce the Power cost

€¢ Worked on AIDA, IZAC, Mori, Minister Press machines
