Maintenance Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Shirwal location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Regular Inspections:** Regularly check machinery and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems that may arise, ensuring early detection and minimizing downtime.

- **Perform Repairs:** Quickly and effectively repair faulty equipment to maintain production schedules and minimize disruptions to operations.

- **Implement Preventive Maintenance:** Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to keep machinery in top condition, enhancing their lifespan and reducing the likelihood of equipment failure.

- **Document Maintenance Activities:** Keep accurate records of maintenance work conducted on machinery to track performance and identify recurring issues.

- **Collaborate with Technicians:** Work closely with other technicians and engineers to improve maintenance procedures and develop solutions for complex problems.

- **Assist in Equipment Installation:** Support in the installation of new machinery or upgrades to existing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. A basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential. Effective communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.
