Machine Operator || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent school graduates or those with minimal experience. The operator will be responsible for running and monitoring machines used in our production process.

- **Machine Setup**: Prepare the machines for operation by adjusting settings and ensuring they are clean and functioning properly.

- **Operation**: Operate machinery according to instructions while maintaining quality standards and ensuring that production runs smoothly.

- **Monitoring**: Keep an eye on the machines during operation to identify any issues or irregularities, quickly addressing them to minimize downtime.

- **Quality Control**: Perform routine checks on products being manufactured to ensure they meet quality specifications and report any defects.

- **Maintenance**: Assist in basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating parts, to maintain optimal performance.

- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts.

Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and should be willing to learn quickly. Attention to detail is essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently from home. Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities are a plus. Applicants must be male and should be comfortable working in a structured environment while following safety protocols.
