Hiring Machine Operator For Kalyani

Experience: 3+ years woodworking CNC drilling; direct Biesse Skipper V31 experience strongly

preferred

Responsibilities:

Operate the Biesse Skipper V31 vertical drilling line independently, including safe startup, tool

checks and workpiece orientation.

Interpret CNC drilling files/part IDs; validate hole position, depth and correct face/edge before batch

release.

Understand machine HMI, job selection, drill tool offsets, positioning and alarms; coordinate with

production designer on programming errors.

Perform first-piece QC, protect components from damage and record throughput, scrap, downtime

and tool condition.

Screening: Live Skipper V31 or equivalent Biesse drilling demonstration is mandatory before

confirmation
