Lounge Executive (Freshers) Kolkata

As a Lounge Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for all guests in the lounge. This role involves various tasks that support the overall guest experience and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Interaction: Greet and assist guests as they enter the lounge, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. This involves answering questions and providing information about services available.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the lounge area is clean and tidy at all times. Regularly check furniture, tables, and restrooms, and promptly address any cleaning needs.

- Order Management: Take and process food and beverage orders from guests efficiently. This includes understanding the menu and making recommendations when asked.

- Coordination with Staff: Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Clear communication is key to maintaining guest satisfaction.

- Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from guests about their experience. Listen to their needs and take note of any suggestions for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills, allowing them to interact effectively with diverse guests. A friendly and positive attitude is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
