Logistic Sales and Marketing Manager

Logistics Sales and Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to drive revenue by promoting logistics services, overseeing the entire customer order cycle (from sale to delivery), managing teams, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, effectively bridging the gap between sales goals and supply chain realities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Strategy

Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets, identifying new markets and opportunities.

Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, providing coaching and setting performance goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Marketing & Brand

Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for logistics services.

Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.

Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

Analyze campaign performance and report ROI.

Logistics & Operations

Oversee the entire order cycle, including planning, warehousing, transportation, and customer service.

Optimize inventory levels, routes, and delivery schedules for cost-effectiveness and timeliness.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers.

Resolve complex logistics issues and customer complaints promptly.

Analysis & Compliance

Monitor key performance metrics (cost, productivity, delivery times) and analyze data for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and company policies.

Prepare budgets for sales and marketing, and monitor expenditure
