- **Manage Lodge Operations:** Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth functioning, including check-ins, guest services, and housekeeping coordination.
- **Guest Relations:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.
- **Staff Supervision:** Train and manage lodge staff, ensuring they follow policies and procedures and perform their tasks efficiently.
- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed to maintain lodge operations.
- **Financial Management:** Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing to ensure the lodge operates within financial targets.
- **Safety and Maintenance:** Ensure lodge facilities are safe and well-maintained, coordinating repairs and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
