2) Manage Sales Partners to grow Personal & Business Loan in their own portfolio.
3) Manage existing relationships with banks and NBFCs and develop new partnerships
4) Independently handle relationships with Banks and NBFCs
5) Analyze financial requirements of clients and offer products accordingly.
6) Good Communication and retain relationship with assigned partners
7) Review and diversify existing partners portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly
8) Update and cross sell products to existing clients/Partners and update them about the lending trends.
9) Lead and data Management, preparing MIS and daily activity reports
