responsibilities:
- high level technical support and customer service.
- phone calls, live chat, support ticket, and email
- work with a team to maintain and improve an expansive infrastructure of hosting servers running on
windows and linux with various software configurations.
- support a team of developers as a resource while developing client's websites.
- new website launches and website migrations from both internal and external hosting servers.

- whm/cpanel
- dns configuration

- network configuration/administration including nat
- sql server administration
- experience with litespeed web server, lscache, and cloudlinux running whm/cpanel
