Line Supervisor (Male)

Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

Allocate work and monitor operator performance.

Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize downtime.

Maintain discipline and attendance of workers.

Monitor product quality and coordinate with the QC team.

Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Maintain production records, shift reports, and rejection reports.

Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns.

Ensure raw materials and finished goods are handled properly.

Train new operators on work instructions and safety procedures.

Report production issues and suggest process improvements.
