Opening For Line Supervisor

We are looking for a Line Supervisor to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will manage the production line, ensuring timely and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Production Line: Oversee daily operations on the production line to ensure consistency in output and adherence to safety protocols.

- Train Employees: Provide training and guidance to team members on processes and best practices, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

- Monitor Performance: Track productivity and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.

- Maintain Equipment: Ensure all machinery and tools are functioning correctly, coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.

- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all production processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards, promoting a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Experience: Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are needed to motivate and guide a team effectively.
