Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Chef at UnCafe Salad's Green Park location. The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing salads and other dishes, ensuring that they adhere to the cafe's standards for taste and nutritional quality. The Line Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and following all food safety protocols.

Skills & Responsibility:

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Experience in Continental Cuisine

- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures

- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues

- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions

- Experience in salad preparation is a plus
