key responsibilities:

promote and sell life insurance products through assigned bank branches.

build and maintain long-term relationships with bank branch staff to ensure continuous lead flow.

motivate and train bank staff to generate quality leads.

meet customers at the branch and provide detailed product information.

ensure smooth onboarding and provide after-sales service and policy support to clients.

achieve sales targets and maintain compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines.

requirements:

experience: 16 years in life insurance sales (banca channel ).

qualification: graduate
