We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive Life Insurance sales through our partner bank branches. The role involves building strong relationships with bank staff and customers to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Life Insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with bank branch staff to ensure continuous lead flow.
Motivate and train bank staff to generate quality leads.
Meet customers at the branch and provide detailed product information.
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide after-sales service and policy support to clients.
Achieve sales targets and maintain compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-6 years in Life Insurance Sales (Banca Channel ).
Qualification: Graduate
Skills: Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service skills.
