We are looking for the profile of Legal for a real estate company basically dealing into re development projects

Job Description

Draft letters, communication, agreements. For example - Notice given by the Developers to vacate the premises upon receipt of IOD

- Possession handed over by the Society to the Developer

- Handing over of Cheques to the Members / Society towards various

compensation mentioned in the Development Agreement

- Submitting an offer to the Society

- Expression of Interest for Re-Development

- Power of Attorney to be given by member to someone for entering in to

DA with Builder

- Consent from members for Re-Dev

RTI for obtaining files and records pertaining to the Society

Downloading / obtaining various records such as PRC, CTS Plan, Prop tax, Index 2, Court Orders from Govt websites / offices

Review, finalise, Execute agreements such as Flat Sale Agreements,Development Agreement, MOUs

Assist with process for Deemed Conveyance, correction in land records

Drafting of various resolutions / meeting agendas u/s 79-A of Maharashra

Co-op Hsg Soc Act

Understanding of various real estate laws, acts such as Apartment Owners

Act, Bombay Stamp Act, RERA, MOFA, SARFAESI

CTC: Negotiable
