designation: associate

educational background: bachelor or master of law [preferably in intellectual property laws]

litigation experience: 1-2 years

compensation: 3-5lpa

key skills required:

• sound legal knowledge

• experience in providing legal advice to clients

• experience in handling ip matters (particularly trademark and copyright matters) before

• court

• good and consistent academic record

• excellent communication skills

• strong research and analytical skills

• good in working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product

• proficient in ms office (word, excel, powerpoint etc.)

• well versed with english & hindi languages

• willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling

• willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet short timelines

profile description:

• litigation including drafting and appearing before courts – pan india – particularly in delhi

• advisory and opinion work, including legal research, infringement analysis, etc

• drafting and vetting agreements

• coordination with colleagues across k&s offices, and also with local associates in relation to matters outside of delhi
