Work Location: Gurgaon

Designation: Associate

Educational Background: Bachelor or Master of Law [preferably in Intellectual Property laws]

Litigation Experience: 1-2 Years

Compensation: 3-5LPA

Key Skills required:

Sound legal knowledge

Experience in providing legal advice to clients

Experience in handling IP matters (particularly trademark and copyright matters) before

court

Good and consistent academic record

Excellent communication skills

Strong research and analytical skills

Good in working in a team and coordinating with team members for optimal work product

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Well versed with English & Hindi languages

Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling

Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet short timelines

Profile Description:

Litigation including drafting and appearing before courts pan India particularly in Delhi

Advisory and opinion work, including legal research, infringement analysis, etc

Drafting and vetting agreements

Coordination with colleagues across K&S Offices, and also with local associates in relation to matters outside of Delhi
