To design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity

Responsibilities

To design learning program

Implement approved programs

Ensure availability of delivery content for training

Collect and report feedback for sessions

Ensure attendance for all programs

Conduct assessment

Collate assessment and assignment reports

Share participant feedback, attendance and performance as MIS

Key Skills

Good Communication skills

Proficiency in Learning and Development

In-depth knowledge of various learning management systems and project management.
